Alter Mile can consider a variety of investment structures where it can achieve its return parameters, which include providing GP co-invest equity, joint venture equity and or mezzanine debt, bridge loans, land loans, or construction financing, as well as loan purchases (both performing and non-performing) and will pursue transactions ranging from $2 MM - $500 MM.
